Description
Bay Ave Senior Apartments was a large renovation project of (5) two story buildings that made up 76 senior housing units. One of the existing buildings onsite was demolished during construction and a new three story building with 33 units was added in its place. The scope consisted of the complete removal of the exterior envelope, abatement of hazardous materials, remove and replace of the unit balconies, new electrical services to the site and to the buildings and creating individual metering, addition of fire sprinklers, complete interior upgrades, and new community and office spaces in the new three story building.
