Branagh’s residential experience includes both renovation and new construction.  Projects have ranged from a cluster of detached single family homes to a 500 unit apartment complex.  Our portfolio also includes the first live work condominium conversion in the Bay Area. Branagh is sensitive to the complexities of building homes properly and affordably. From below market rate town homes to luxury condominiums, we take the steps necessary to insure the quality that the developer promises and that the resident expects and deserves.

Commercial

Branagh’s industrial and commercial construction experience encompasses manufacturing facilities, office buildings, laboratories, shopping centers, luxury hotels, and sports clubs. Branagh has extensive experience with the “fast track” handling that many industrial and commercial projects require. We understand that the quicker the client gets the building under construction, the quicker the building begins to generate income. We are experienced at balancing the need for “fast track” construction with the need for thoughtful, quality construction.

Religious

We believe that churches seek to be good stewards of all their resources. Branagh has been able to provide the professional and conscientious service that helps a church do just that.

Education

Branagh has built more than 50 educational facilities throughout Northern California. Clients include the University of California, The Atomic Energy Commission, and 17 northern California school districts.

In 1994, Branagh and its design team worked from conceptual drawings by a Korean Architect to design and build a 100,000 square foot elementary school, in Suwon, South Korea, The Central Christian Academy.
