Description
Three stories of light gauge metal framed construction over concrete, at grade podium. First floor consisted of gathering meeting places, offices and managers units along with a small garage. At the time of construction this was the highest GreenPoint Rated building in California. This project received the 2010 Gold Nugget Grand Award for Green Point Rated Community of the Year.
