Description
Fast-track renovation project of 169 apartment units for seniors. Branagh crews renovated 2 units per day. The unit scope of work consisted of the removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, kitchen flooring, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures, and upgrades to the bathroom finishes. Tenants left their unit in the morning and returned in the evening to a renovated unit. The building had multiple 3 story arcades that received new windows, siding and interior finishes. Most of the common areas were upgraded, and major site work performed to landscape areas, path of travel upgrades, and the replacement of a bridge serving one of the apartment wings.
